USA & International Shipping Guidelines

Shipping within USA: All products are shipped within the U.S.A. via Priority Mail. We will contact you if any item is back-ordered that may delay delivery. Single book orders and DVD's are shipped via 1st Class USPS. USA ONLY: Please allow 3 to 14 business days for your order to arrive when shipped throughout the USA.

CA. Sales Tax: Effective May 1, 2011, CA. sales tax in the amount of 9.50% will be charged on ALL orders shipped within California. If Java Script is not activated on your computer, we will calculate and charge CA. sales tax to credit card used on order.

USA DELIVERY TIME and ENQUIRIES: Orders will arrive in 3-14 business days. Please EMAIL: Louisa@hollywoodbeautysecrets.com if your order has not arrived by the 14th business day (in the USA) and we will track your package. And do be sure to email your FULL name as used on the order, date ordered, state you live in, and provide a day and evening phone number where we can reach you. Be sure to include your state so we call during your time zone from 9 to 5.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping (Including Canada)

Additional S&H fees are charged on all International orders shipped due to weight, country destination, and customs forms processing. S & H fees currently posted on the web site are for shipping within USA ONLY. The additional S+H fees will be charged to the credit card used to place your order. A receipt for international S+H will be enclosed with your order or emailed to your email address provided on your order form. Please allow 14 to 28 business days for INTERNATIONAL orders to arrive due to customs inspections, that may delay your shipment. Please be aware that you may be charged brokerage, duty, customs or taxes by your government.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIME and ENQUIRIES: Orders arrive between 14 and 28 business days on international deliveries. If your order has not arrived BY the 28th business day please EMAIL: Louisa@hollywoodbeautysecrets.com. Please note in your email that you are enquiring about an International Order and include the FULL name as used on the order, date ordered and your country.We will respond via email for International enquiries.

Order volume $8.99 to $12.99 =$6.95
Order volume $13.00 to $19.99=$7.95
Order volume $20.00 to $29.99 = $9.95

Order volume $30.00 to $59.99 = $11.95
Order volume $60.00 to $99.99 = $12.95
Order volume $100.00 to $149.99 = $14.95
Order volume $150.00 + up = $16.95

All sales are final, no refunds. We do not accept personal checks.

Additional S+H fees for weight and destination will be charged to your card for ALL international orders.

Order Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations: All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a $5.00 cancellation processing fee before credit is issued. Sorry, we cannot accept cancellations if your order was already shipped. Orders which are refused at delivery will NOT be credited. S & H and freight delivery costs are non-refundable.No exceptions

If You Suspect a Fraudulent Charge:

If you suspect a fraudulent charge to your credit card please CALL us FIRST at our toll-free number to resolve this issue at 1-877-568-4727 or 1-310-670-2344 or notify us via email and please include your daytime and evening phone number, and state you live in. Please email
Louisa@hollywoodbeautysecrets.com BEFORE attempting a chargeback with your credit card company which can take up to three months. By contacting us first, we can immediately investigate and quickly resolve your concerns.

Fraudulent Charges :

Stolen Credit Card Purchases: We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
